Puppy Deposit for Kevin

This will serve as a purchase contract for Kevin (Male, Brindle, with black mask)

Patricia Parker has agreed to purchase Kevin for the total price of $700 with a $200 deposit up front, and $500 upon delivery.

We have agreed to drop Kevin off at the greensboro airport for transport once that is arranged. The travel needs to be arranged to depart no later than March 15, and remaining payment made in full or deposit is forfeited.

Puppy will also have 1st and second shots, and deworming done prior to delivery and we will provide records to this end as well.
